The Constitution of Liberland is currently being drafted, and you are invited to participate!
How can you contribute?
Visit our Forum, where you will find the draft of the Constitution available for review.
Participation is open to all E-Residents and Citizens of Liberland. Please access the Constitution through our Liberland Forum.
You can contribute in two ways:
- By providing conceptual suggestions directly on the Forum; or
- By offering concrete suggestions in the linked Google Document.
Important:
When making concrete suggestions in the Google Document, please include your full name, email address, and your citizenship or residency status.
Suggestions without proper annotation will be removed. Contributions made by non-residents will not be acknowledged.
In cases of conflicting input or differing visions, the contributions of Citizens will take precedence over those of Residents.
This opportunity will be open to you for the next coming months. Our initial focus will be on conducting “live testing” of our political system by implementing key laws essential for the nation’s daily operations.
Once these laws are successfully enacted and the system is deemed robust through rigorous stress-testing, we will issue a formal invitation via news outlets and mass email to participate in the final reading of the Constitution. This event will take place during one of our major annual gatherings, where we will accept the final round of recommendations.
Following this, a Constitutional referendum will be held, requiring approval from 65% of the population (by headcount) and 65% of merit (LLM)-based votes to adopt the draft Constitution as the official Constitution of Liberland.
Help us build the best Constitution for the world’s freest country!
Sincerely,
Ministry of Justice of Liberland
