How do you mean? Like Wales would be countering England with this?
Sort of the way their legislatures operate is a bit different than the way the US works but the best analogy I can come up with is this: think of Wales as a US state and the UK Parliament as the US Congress and the Parliament has the Supremacy Clause over the Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland legislatures too. Hope this helps.
Ah yes then this might spice up the relationship indeed. The UK Parliament doesn’t seem to be doing very well in recent times; it wouldn’t surprise me if they come out in favor of politicians lying. Perhaps the great defenders of the people The House Of Lords will speak out in favor of this new Welsh policy… lol
The Welsh like the Scots have wanted to do an independence vote but not sure what the status of that is currently. They have been formally part of England since Henry VIII and in some ways going back to the 13th century.
