Voluntary Welfare: Mutual Aid Without State Overreach

I agree that there must be some sort of social welfare and I think it makes sense from not only a practical point of view, but also a moral one, to posit that land itself cannot be completely privately owned since one cannot create land with his/her own labor. If mixture of labor with unclaimed resources is the determining factor (Article 1, Section3 of LL Constitution) for property creation then it follows that the land itself cannot truly be private property, although one may have exclusive right to his/her own land. Rather, it could be seen as common property among all. Land value is determined in large part to those who choose to settle around it. Those who have purchased the exclusive rights to land could be required to pay a portion of the land’s fair rental value to all citizens of LL. I speak more on the topic here.
