Video/Audio Taping (piece-by-piece-Constitution)

(This is my ongoing series presenting pieces that I am formulating into my own constitution for any future country (including LL). The wording is not set and is open to changes/additions/subtractions. Posting about it is just to stimulate debate, as should any good creator of a constitution.)

“Video/Audio Taping
Hidden cameras and/or audio microphones are always legal to use anywhere that the person operating the camera is themselves legally able to be, outside of video in bedrooms, bathrooms or changing rooms. If recording a conversation, no consent from any party is required. Even if cameras or microphones are used illegally, any crimes depicted from the video or audio are still useable as evidence. A person who illegally operates a camera or microphone will be charged for doing it illegally, unless their recordings reveal a crime larger than illegal taping.”

Criminals have been protected against recording in many world jurisdictions for far too long. Politicians pass these laws to protect themselves, often because they are corrupt. It must end and the people of the future should be living their entire lives as if everything they did was recorded, because we are pretty much already living in this reality, but the laws haven’t caught up. The fraud scandals that are emerging this year are just the tip of the iceberg as to what the monied “elite” have been doing.

How about the countless video testimonies of children who have been raped by their parents or other adults authorized by their parents? How about the abuse often termed “satanic ritual abuse” because it is abuse done by self-identifying satanists who perform rituals as if they were magicians? Look on YouTube at videos like “Molested By My Father, The Chief Of Police”. Look at videos of Anneke Lucas who was sold as a slave to a pedophile ring in Belgium at age 6. Or Zachary King who was brought as a child into a child pornography filming ring of satanists who sold the child porn to other satanists.

Most people have not heard of these things despite them happening en masse across the world. The unfortunate answer is that these types of people also own most of the news channels. People like me have only heard of these things recently because of the rise of alternative media. Laws must be put in place to end this type of behavior forever, and changing the laws on taping is the first place to start.

As I said in a previous post you would be encouraging citizen journalists to take risks and be rewarded big time for any scandals they may uncover like O’Keefe has been doing for years but on an even bigger scale potentially. I may have to start an awards ceremony hosted by Liberland Press for the news reporting/investigations in the future.

That’s a good idea. Celebrate the new rise of independent journalism.

Independent journalism is a very interesting niche area of journalism I have always found it interesting. It is very difficult to do but I think if you have the right mindset and resources you can make it work. I feel like that right now, I am attempting to write a story right now about the dinner that the President of Liberland did earlier today but have yet to dig up enough details to fully flesh out the article I am envisioning since myself and Tom we’re not in Davos.

Someone in a position like you, editor of a news website, is in an interesting position where you probably have many people reaching out to you with possible stories. I used to read the gateway pundit and it seemed like it was only a few actual employees but they would have stories from all over the world. I always wondered in what way those stories originated.

As an editor, if you put out hints that certain local stories might be worth pursuing, real people in that area might drive over to see what’s going on. I would certainly do it if something was near me.

I saw a video, it may have been “actionadventuretwins” and they went inside an underground manmade corridor and it led to a large open 2 story room (def not a mall) that had a bunch of clothing racks with clothing still on them, just like you would find in a department store. The adventurers, who were probably in their early 20’s didn’t think much of it, but it still is a big mystery to me and I would love to see a more investigative person go there and solve the riddle of why cloths racks were in an abandoned “industrial?” facility.

Actually you are correct I had someone yesterday reach out to me about writing an article about a Liberland based business that is legitimately operating in Czech Republic as a transport/logistics company. I haven’t run through all of details but yes even my news site has had a few solicitations.

The biggest problem I face and many other small independent news sites run into this too is getting good sources, I am trying in vain to get some good photos of the Eric Trump dinner, the CNBC interview and just getting a list of who all Liberland’s President has met with is very difficult to do since neither myself or my colleague Tom Poehlmann are in attendance although Tom would be there if he wasn’t in recovery from his recent heart surgery. But yes having good sources is the biggest hurdle one faces in independent news.
