Can a non-technocrat, off-the-grid or homesteading LL citizen or E-resident person get by in a future LL without using the digital infrastructure like LLM, LLD, Blockchain and other digital services?
What about other alternative or complementary monetary systems based on silver, gold, barter and a basket of goods, and a paper trail for the transactions?
What are the pros and cons for the above (hi-tech, lo-tech and no-tech) ?
