Year 1 (2025): Establishing Foundational Governance and Infrastructure

Objectives:
• Finalize and implement the blockchain-based governance framework.
• Develop essential infrastructure to support initial settlement and operations.
• Initiate international outreach and recognition efforts.

Key Actions:
• Complete the deployment of the Liberland Decentralized Autonomous Government (DAG) system, enabling transparent and participatory decision-making processes.
• Establish basic infrastructure, including modular housing, renewable energy sources, and communication networks.
• Open diplomatic offices in strategic global locations, such as Dubai, to foster international relations and attract investment.
• Launch public services through private partnerships, ensuring services like waste management and security are provided efficiently.
