Starting a business in Liberland

Has anyone written a guidebook as to how to start a business in Liberland, if so I would appreciate a link or means to connect with someone who could tell me more. I am in debate about starting a business and naturally it will need a “home” despite being digital in nature. Liberland would appear to be the place I’d like to locate it if I’m able and can determine the right way to go about this.

Alternatively, if there is not such information available, I would offer to produce something that is consistent with the law of the land and it’s ideals.

Please gentle reader, point me in the right direction.

I’m seriously interested too, especially since I have team shaping up

Might be doing it as a DAO, even using Nostr for internal voting. Maybe that could be the governance system within a company set up in LL?

And/or it could be part of a setup with more than one legal entity.

Last time that I checked I think the cost versus documentation made me shelve it, not sure how that is now…

Of course I know that its all about breaking new ground here, that would be the point anyway!

Chris, it sounds as if you’re closer to moving forward than I am, as there doesn’t seem to be anything that’s been firmly established, if you would be so kind as to keep me in the loop with your process, I’ll document what you do, how you do it etc. and begin the task of putting together a step by step process.

I’m a firm believer in cutting processes up in to manageable pieces, taking them one simple (to the degree possible) step at a time, seems that making it “easy” contributes to getting done. I’m also thinking that all things to do with licensure and authorization need to be a “one stop shop” if possible and that internal processes need to keep the would be business owner as well informed as possible.

First question I have… for anybody who’s got an answer, who in our President’s administration is responsible for setting up the regulations (we can’t do business in a chotic environment) by which businesses are permitted to operate? and how do I reach them?

Thanks, I think that the real opportunity here lies in breaking new ground, after all we’re talking about running actual business in a way that no legacy entities would recognize, but in a practical way it can work.

It can work simply by confusing the tiny, totally closed minds of all of these bureaucrats :-1:

Especially in quiet, modest ways, which is my plan anyway.

There is one thing I see the need of: any type of remote controlled nose or wallet system where I could run the actual payments for a business on the territory of LL. This can even be done in simple ways using an old phone on any network, but with proof of location, like automated, regular uploads of position screenshots to Arweave or similar.

Combined with witnesses to the whole thing on the ground you’ll then have some proof of doing the transactions inside of the jurisdiction where you registered the business, which in the case of LL then is outside all normal jurisdictions

And to repeat for clarity: personally my goals are modest, to make a living providing real value to customers only! That should be covered by the human rights!

Hi Chris,

I’m also geared up for pure LiberLand company which should see the daylight still in 2025.

However, there are so many open questions. I’m looking for something like weekly online brainstorming meetings to exchange information and bring forward business activity in LiberLand.

Are you using the internal Liberland app and would you be interested in regular online meetings to align our efforts, get some question answered and rectify some (obsolete) information? (@llTB).
