Voters delivered a decisive victory for Prime Minister Justin Sun, affirming his vision for the world’s first blockchain-powered state. Under his continued leadership, Liberland remains dedicated to pioneering Web3 innovation and decentralized finance, securing its status as a beacon of technological sovereignty.
The election results confirm a Congress composed entirely of returning incumbents, reflecting strong voter support for continuity in leadership. Prominent leaders successfully defended their seats, including Minister of Finance Navid Saberin, Secretary of State Tariq Abbasi, Minister of Justice Michal Ptacnik, Congressman Joey Langenbrunner, Congressman Balazs Magyar, and Dorian J. Stern Vukotic.
Together with Prime Minister Justin Sun, the reelected Congress brings experience, stability, and long-standing dedication to Liberland’s development.
Joseph “Joey” Langenbrunner, a veteran Liberland diplomat, entrepreneur, and strategic advisor in the investment migration and blockchain space, continues his service as a member of Congress.
Balazs Magyar, one of Liberland’s earliest supporters and a long-standing representative in Hungary, an electrical engineer and licensed pilot, and the founder and CEO of Skyhawk Aviation, also continues his service in Congress.
Underpinned by the Liberland Merit (LLM) system, this process exemplifies our model of hyperdemocracy—a governance structure where individual contributions directly translate into political influence. With this assembly reaffirmed by voters, Liberland advances its core mission: fostering a borderless society built on liberty and innovation.
This Congress will steer Liberland through the transition of the Liberland Blockchain to the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) standard. It will also seek to expand the settlement during the 2026 settling season, organize an AI hackathon, and launch the first regular legislative cycle, including the introduction of initial legislative proposals, which are already available at https://liberland.org/laws.
Last but not least, it will continue work on the draft Constitution in preparation for the eventual constitutional referendum, expected to take place after Q2 2026. Please read our draft Constitution at: https://liberland.org/constitution.
