My Values

State monopolies should not exist or be strictly minimized.
State coercion is highly immoral and falsely justified as ‘undemanded services for people’.
Liberland can end historical economic growth self-destruction and injustices caused by state coercion.
The greatest atrocities in history stem from nothing but state authorities.
Meritocracy is a legitimate alternative to so-far admired democracies, which tend to socialism and inevitably slow collapse.
Liberland Administration should only prepare the field and let the free interaction (free market) do the rest.

Handover Liberland State in Fulfilling Its Minimal Roles:

Setting the Rule of Law to demonstrate statehood
1. Approve Declaration
2. Approve the Constitution (or at least hand it over to the next Congress group with 95% readiness)
3. Approve internal Congress directive (how Congress works)
4. Approve (or pre-approve most of) Commercial, Criminal, and Civil Code
5. If not vetoed, give those laws legitimacy by publishing them in the Official Law Collection
Attract More Liberland Settlers by Granting Their ‘Property’ Laws
1. Make the cadastral system fully functional [so people can mark and claim parcels]
2. Declare intention, and readiness to take over responsibility for the territory in cooperation with HR authorities (to balance interests - forest control, refugee control, personal and professional capacities to handle the community, etc) and to get rid of the ‘hippie campers movement’ image.
3. Advertise and incentivize the citizens/settlers program
4. Propose strategy/steps/measures against aggressors protecting Liberlanders from physical settlement and violating properly laws of Liberlanders (i.e. Sume).
