My favorite US Senator and his father (who is a citizen of Liberland) both have a saying that libertarians use all the time here in America, “End the Fed,” another one is, “Audit the Fed.” I think it is time for the people of Liberland to get a good look at the budget of the government of Liberland. Such a budget should be not only on the blockchain but a running “check register” showing all income and expenses in real time should be made available to the citizens of Liberland.
If we are to run the most free and open country in the world having an open and transparent budget is a must and the fact that the government cannot explain where the money is going, how much is on hand, etc. is appalling and down right shameful in my opinion.
This is the exact reason why my LTAA needs to be passed AND I might add a separate budget law needs to be voted on that lays out the processes, while the basics should be in the constitution the finer details should be placed in a budget law. I will do more research on this topic and release my draft proposal in the next week or so. Reasoning alone tells us based on this shoddy information that Liberland is not holding itself to the standards to which it is supposed to be, the time has come for real action to occur I hope this government transition is that action we need to move Liberland to the next stage of growth that is necessary for the continued growth of Liberland.
