I have had an existing account, for several years, under username “ johnw54321 .”

I have previously used the following emails:

johnw54321@inbox.lv

subscriptions@my-inbox.xyz

john@my-inbox.xyz

*The last time in logged in successfully was March 2025.

Why can’t I login? Has my account been marked inactive? What about my merits?

The system won’t recognize my credentials, or allow me to reset my password. How do I recover my account?

This continues to happen, if I don’t login regularly.
