To the marketing group, in the email you sent out to E-Residents this is the text about Citizenship at the Constitutional reading: “You have a unique opportunity to qualify for citizenship by December 10, 2025, join the event, and receive not only your full merits and lifetime citizenship, but also residency in Paraguay that can free you from income tax for life. The residency alone is normally valued at 4,000 USD or more. ”

I read this and immediately bought hotel tickets thinking as an E-Resident I could go to the convention and qualify/receive full merits.

However, later I read here on the app that you still have to pay 10,000USD to acquire the merits to submit the citizenship application by the 10th.

I think you should send out a correction email immediately specifying that you still need to pay to be a citizen only that your application will be approved faster.

I spent 450 on the hotel thinking I was going to become a citizen, which I will, but now it’s lost. Thankfully I waited to buy the 2000 $ plane ticket!
