I think the process for E-Residency card is a bit complicated or too long.
My last step is still not validâtes because I’ve been waiting for what/QrCode i have to scan to validate the process. Problem: this took long to arrive since I submitted everything, and I was no more at home for a month. And because our post office keep undelivered stuffs for maximum 2 weeks, everything has been returned.
So what to do, how to sort this out…

apologies for this situation.
We are always delivering within 2-3 weeks after the e-resident finishes all the steps. Unfortunately, a situation like this can occur and I can see how it is not encouraging to experience it.

This is a problem I’m going to run into as well. I’m going to be travelling extensively from 18th of December 2025 and my e-residency card still has not arrived.
