Dorian Jakov Štern Vukotić Candidacy

'm DJStern, I’ve been with Liberland since 2021, and since then coding much of the Liberland blockchain. Vote DJStern at https://blockchain.liberland.org/home/voting/congressional-assemble

I’ve lived in Liberland for about a year, met my girlfriend there and now we have a kid who was also kinda made in Liberland.

I was elected congressman in the first election, now seeking reelection for the second term.

So DJStern, if you were congressman, what did you do and why didn’t you fix Liberland already” I hear you ask.

The first congress was a ‘test’ one, setting congress infrastructure up, gradually taking on more and more of the budgets, advising the provisional government, but all that without any real authority or budget. There is hope, but far from any guarantee, that this next congress will have the chance to improve.

The biggest problems plaguing Liberland right now are disorganization and lack of direction.

We don’t even know how much money is coming in through contributions and what it’s being spent on. My priority number 1 for the next term is to set up proper budgeting and planning - an overview of all incomes, donations, spending, and future plans. Priority number 2 would be to stop initiatives that have a 100% chance of failure. If you visited the settlement you know what I am talking about. Right now Liberland is managed Soviet style instead of resembling any Libertarian paradise and we need to fix that ASAP.

After immediate priorities are handled, I will work on the following Plan for Liberland

Dorian you created enormous amount of mess. Will you pay the bills for the hackers that had to clean up after you? Resolution of Liberland Congress - Google Docs

Vit, since you are here on this fine day, isn’t this question a reasonable one to ask and have answered: “We don’t even know how much money is coming in through contributions and what it’s being spent on.”

It is as ticket with IT department for more than year and half. Last time they started working on it they spend two weeks fixing the fact that data vere encrypted by Dorian. Cashflow transparency is going to production hopefully next week.

In general this falls into ministry of finance agenda. So under @Navid_Saberin he keeps the data about spending publishable

That’s good news. Financial transparency will be a major step forward.
