This is something I had not thought about much until maybe a week or so ago but as Liberland grows and along with it the role of Congress and my deeper analysis of how Switzerland functions so well, I realized that a secretary type person would become necessary and for the Swiss that is their Chancellor. They role and function is quite different from the German Chancellor in that the Swiss Chancellor is nominally the secretary for the Swiss Federal Council and the coordinating person between the different branches of government. For Liberland the Congress is where I would believe such a position would be most appropriate. While I don’t want to become exactly like Switzerland we need to take what works for them and integrate into our country where reasonable and as we grow a coordinating office between the members of Congress and the other government bodies may become necessary.
