I got really interested in the vision about creating a digital nomad community in ARK Village. Are there any more details when Phase 2 is rolling out? Is it possible to invest in a small property? With the location and the tax benefits, I really feel this would attract many people to be a part of it. Both for living there and short term stays.

I came to check this place out last July and stayed five months after a forced trip back to the UK I am back again and donât plan to leave until I get my home at Ark2
I have been there a couple of years ago. The first stage was still developing. Iâll for sure visit again when I get the opportunity. Hopefully to Liberpulco in September. I would also be interested to get a home there in the future and will follow the development from a distance for now. One day I will probably relocate to ARK2 and help with the projects.

To have a right to build in Liberland you just need to collect enough merits
It is not possible to build in Liberland now that will be in the future
