Here is my proposal for the archival of records and the blockchain
Archival & Historical Records Resolution (Congress Resolution #16)
CONGRESS RESOLUTION NO. [2026-Archival-Records-16] / 2026
OF THE CONGRESS OF THE FREE REPUBLIC OF LIBERLAND
ON-CHAIN ARCHIVAL AND HISTORICAL RECORDS RESOLUTION
The Congress of the Free Republic of Liberland,
WHEREAS long-term preservation of records is essential for any technology-oriented nation;
NOW THEREFORE, the Congress hereby RESOLVES as follows:
Article 1 – Archival Mandate
All official documents, decisions, budgets, and blockchain records shall be periodically backed up to secure, offline, and geographically distributed storage (minimum quarterly).
Article 2 – Implementation
The Minister of IT, in coordination with the Transparency & Accountability framework, shall oversee redundant cold-storage backups and publish an annual on-chain audit of archival integrity.
Article 3 – Voluntary Participation
Citizens and DAOs are encouraged to maintain independent mirrors of public records.
