Liberland Innovation Community establishes a cooperation in Dubai

Your Liberland citizenship application is still incomplete. You are not alone. Thousands of people started the process over the years and paused. But right now, there is a very specific reason why finishing it before March 4 matters more than it did yesterday.
A limited offer to go tax-free
Liberland supporters who become citizens can obtain full Paraguayan residency — included with citizenship, legally, permanently, and without moving there. For most nationalities this means no income tax on your earnings, capital gains tax, nor obligatory insurance.

We know it has been a while since you first signed up, so here is what you may have missed:
- Liberland celebrated its 10th Anniversary in April 2025 — attended by nearly 300 people on the ground, with Brock Pierce (founder of Tether), Ron Paul, and Justin Sun (founder of the TRON Network and our Prime Minister) on stage. The event reached over 95 million people online.
- We hold fully transparent national elections every three months — the first country in the world to do so. Every vote is merit-based and earned by active contributors.
- Liberland’s delegation was invited to President Trump’s January 2025 inauguration and to speak at Davos. There, our cabinet met Javier Milei — now a Liberland citizen. In 2026 we had our own venue in Davos.
- The first Constitution reading took place in Prague. Argentina’s former Foreign Minister Diana Mondino — who served under President Milei — praised Liberland’s political system publicly.
- A €30 million development plan is underway. The first buildings on Liberty Island are complete. Settlers are already living on the territory.

The 11th Anniversary is coming. Spring is the best time to settle
On April 13, 2026, Liberland turns 11. For the third year in a row, the anniversary marks the start of the settlement season — when the weather opens up, the Danube region comes alive, and a new wave of citizens arrive to stake their claim to the land.
This year, any citizen with 5,000 Liberland Merits (LLM) is eligible to homestead their own piece of land. As a citizen of a sovereign nation, permanently recorded in the land register.
Some of the settlers who arrived last spring are already living there. The ones arriving this spring will find the treehouses, a beach bar, glamping facilities, and an active, growing community on Liberty Island.
Your citizenship application puts you first in line for all of it: obtain citizenship, secure Paraguay residency, homestead land, and become a member of the fastest-growing freedom community.
