Hi everyone again so this thread is to see how we could implement a land plat for Liberland. I hope this has been done already with where roads and land parcels are to be located. ---

i am not sure to understand your question. the contours are the level above water.if it is 1 meter by 1 meter and if my count is ok there are a difference of 17/18 meters between highest and lowest point. gouvernement building can be at one of the highest point. But i am not sure about that as in some map it is more around 84 to 86 meters. on site with my gps and my exploration of the territory it was more about 86/97 but maybe not precise. Anyway if this numbers are correct, zmajevac is at 88 meters. so i dont know how much difference they are between extreme point. Also in some tool map like here [Calculateur d'altitude de la carte](https://www.calcmaps.com/fr/map-elevation/) it say it is between 81 to 97 (by random clicking) so maybe finally at least 16 meters. According to this tool liberty island will be at 81m. (and was totally flooded last year). ---

Thank you for the map! Hopefully we can figure out some flood control measures which I assumed need to be done anyway. We have the free marketplace to figure out new and innovative ways to combat flood control. ---

As netherland have a lot of land under sea level, if it is at state level, we can have dike and pumping around Liberland. As private building, a big city sometimes flooded is Bangkok in Thailand.(Asian Venice) And before that, as wooden house it can be on stilts. Anyway i dont think all part is floodable, and it is not also every year. ---

Contour interval is also called equidistance, and it’s vertical difference between lines. So I would say it’s 1 meter, but I’m not sure. Can somebody confirm? ---

That is usually how topographical maps are to be read you are correct! ---

It depends on the zoom level of the map, it’s probably 1m for this map. ---

yes i think it is. in google earth it is the same level. 97 for the top, 95m around Jefferson square, 81/82 to the shore, 81 on Lberty island.
