How will Liberland protect our digital privacy?

Liberland seems right-libertarian in its approach to markets, which forgoes left-libertarian regulations that can help ease anti-competive practices, which most commonly we see today from mass data harvesting, analysis, and surveillance.

Is Liberland relying purely on educated consumers to protect one’s digital privacy? Or will it also enforce things at the state level?
