I got really interested in the vision about creating a digital nomad community in ARK Village. Are there any more details when Phase 2 is rolling out? Is it possible to invest in a small property? With the location and the tax benefits, I really feel this would attract many people to be a part of it. Both for living there and short term stays. Would love to be part of the development of these projects at ARK Village and looking forward to get more updates about the progress and upcoming opportunities. ---

Yes, I heard about it during this call. Lets see if there will be a roadmap for these projects. I would really like to be a part of the development of it. Will keep an eye on upcoming updates ---

Have you been to the Ark village? The best way to find out what is going on is to be here I came to check this place out last July and stayed five months after a forced trip back to the UK I am back again and don’t plan to leave until I get my home at Ark2 ---

I have been there a couple of years ago. The first stage was still developing. I’ll for sure visit again when I get the opportunity. Hopefully to Liberpulco in September. I would also be interested to get a home there in the future and will follow the development from a distance for now. One day I will probably relocate to ARK2 and help with the projects. ---

The floating man festival is a must see, if you can make it A lot of people are interested in getting property at Ark2, more than will be available ---

I think it’s right to count on Liberland’s future. Its territory, the number of possible citizens, the development plan of the place of residence for all with available options to buy it. Not everyone can have all the money to buy a house at once. The housing should be comfortable, modern ---

The cottages at Ark2 will be in Serbia and will be built soon To have a right to build in Liberland you just need to collect enough merits It is not possible to build in Liberland now that will be in the future ---
