Anyone who studies the NDEs cannot easily say that a spirit world doesn’t exist. And Mandela effects possibly hint at other dimensions. There’s definitely more “weird” stuff happening in this world than the average person knows about.
I just saw that the search term “satanic pedophiles” is trending; no one ever would have thought that would happen en masse if you asked them 10 years ago.
Dennis Hastert is a former Speaker of the U.S. House (1999 to 2007) who was convicted in 2016 on financial charges related to structuring bank withdrawals; prosecutors also alleged he sexually abused several boys decades earlier, and he publicly admitted to abusing students during a sentencing hearing. He admitted to abusing teenaged boys when he was a teacher and coach in Yorkville, Illinois.
Legal outcomes: He was sentenced to 15 months in prison, two years of supervised release, and a $250,000 fine; the banking charges were the primary basis for the sentence, with admissions about abuse made in court.
Yeah I wonder if he receives some sort of legal benefit from doing that. Why couldn’t anyone involved in that court demand that he be held accountable for crimes he admitted to? Where are the parents of the kids he abused?
Some of this I think goes back to the “they have to tell us” rule that exists. The more I look at this garbage I see a big psyop unfolding with blackmail and just extremely grotesque stuff. The things people are finding is just well it validates pizzagate and every conspiracy theory it seems like. Even the dreaded “lizard people” one is making a comeback it appears just get me out of this carnival…
Yeah I’ve been looking at it too much, need to take a break and remind myself that not everyone is a narcissistic pedophile. Tho it is very validating to see that the biggest theories I have been a proponent of for 6+ years are mostly coming out as 100% true. I’m still waiting on apology emails/texts from family/friends lol…
I haven’t seen much good evidence for “reptilian people” outside of anecdotal accounts, buuuuuuuut pizzagate was mostly anecdotal stories previously and now we have Epstein’s receipts for human sized cages and architectural planning for tunnels under his island, so who knows what will pop up with “lizard people”…
Epstein’s email contains receipts for a bunch of human sized “animal” cages, and there is correspondence with an architect to build underground “tunnels” on his island.
I’m sure it’s just harmless and not at all what we think it is.
There are several states that have rape of child under 12 as a capital crime but no one has been sentenced to death because if memory serves me correctly there is a US Supreme Court case that prohibits a death sentence unless a murder occurred.
Wow so right around the time (2008) when the deep-state pedos had full control of the US govt, they get their stooges in the supreme court to say that pedos can’t be put to death. Very convenient…
(AI) The landmark U.S. Supreme Court case is Kennedy v. Louisiana (2008).
In this case, the Court ruled that imposing the death penalty for the crime of child rape where the victim did not die violates the Eighth Amendment’s prohibition on cruel and unusual punishment.
Key Points of the Ruling:
The “Categorical Rule”: The Court established that the death penalty is disproportionate and unconstitutional for any crime against an individual that does not result in the victim’s death.
Reasoning: The majority opinion, written by Justice Anthony Kennedy, stated that the death penalty should be reserved for the most serious crimes, which the Court has consistently interpreted as crimes that take a human life. Applying it to non-homicide crimes creates an unconstitutional disproportionality in sentencing.
The Exception: The Court explicitly noted that its ruling applied to crimes “against the person” (like rape, kidnapping, etc.). It left open the possibility that the death penalty might still be constitutional for non-homicide crimes “against the state,” such as treason, espionage, terrorism, or drug kingpin operations that don’t directly result in death. However, no individual has been executed for such a crime in the modern era.
Background and Context:
The case specifically involved Patrick Kennedy, who was sentenced to death in Louisiana for the aggravated rape of his young stepdaughter.
The decision built upon the logic of earlier cases like Coker v. Georgia (1977), which had invalidated the death penalty for the rape of an adult woman.
The ruling effectively invalidated death penalty statutes in several states (including Louisiana, Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, and Montana) that allowed capital punishment for child rape.
Good catch I couldn’t remember the name of the case but yes that’s the one. I think that case also removed the death penalty for all minors as well as some states like Texas could execute children who committed a capital crime even when they were under 18.
